The City of Eustis is making efforts to ensure its regulations and processes are business friendly and promote economic development, according to city officials.
Eustis City Commission recently approved a 50-percent waiver of sewer impact fees for new industrial uses or expansions for businesses that meet criteria requirements. The city also gave the OK on a streamlined development plan approval process
“We are leveraging our available sewer capacity as an economic development tool to encourage private investment,” says Economic Development Director Tom Carrino.
